Inflatable kayaks (aka “duckies”) offer a fun, exciting river adventure. Our open, highly maneuverable duckies deliver a completely different experience from rafting. Duckies sit lower in the River giving you a fresh vantage point that turns even small waves into big thrills. They’re perfect for low-water conditions, making every trip adventurous and accessible.
All kayaking trips include everything you need for an unforgettable river experience: your own inflatable kayak (duckie), paddle, wetsuit, splash jacket, life jacket, and helmet. Every trip is led by an experienced, certified Salida River Adventures guide who will paddle with you, teach you how to navigate rapids, and be there to assist if you take a dip.

Cancellation:
- Cancellation requests made up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation start time will be eligible for a full refund.
- For cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation start time, no refunds will be provided.
Rebooking:
- Customers have the flexibility to rebook their reservation if needed.
- Rebooking can be done online through the confirmation email received at the time of reservation.
- Rebooking is permissible up to 1 week (7 days) before the original reservation start time.
- In the event that a rebooking is requested within the 72-hour window before the reservation start time, customers will have the option to choose an alternative date and time within the calendar year, subject to availability.
