However, before you take flight, please note the requirements and restrictions for participation.
Participants must weigh a minimum of 55 lbs. and meet specific girth and visual acuity criteria to ensure safety and enjoyment for all.
Additionally, participants must demonstrate proficiency in using equipment, controlling speed, and understanding guide signals during a mandatory ground school session.
With a minimum age requirement of 6 years old and the ability to communicate in English, this active-participation tour invites singles, couples, and families alike to join in the excitement and embark on an adventure unlike any other.

Cancellation:
- Cancellation requests made up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation start time will be eligible for a full refund.
- For cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation start time, no refunds will be provided.
Rebooking:
- Customers have the flexibility to rebook their reservation if needed.
- Rebooking can be done online through the confirmation email received at the time of reservation.
- Rebooking is permissible up to 1 week (7 days) before the original reservation start time.
- In the event that a rebooking is requested within the 72-hour window before the reservation start time, customers will have the option to choose an alternative date and time within the calendar year, subject to availability.
