Participants must weigh a minimum of 55 lbs. and meet specific girth and visual acuity criteria to ensure safety and enjoyment for all.
*Additionally, participants must demonstrate proficiency in using equipment, controlling speed, and understanding guide signals during a mandatory ground school session. *
With a minimum age requirement of 15 years old and the ability to communicate in English, this active-participation tour invites singles, couples, and families alike to join in the excitement and embark on an adventure unlike any other.

Cancellation:
- Cancellation requests made up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation start time will be eligible for a full refund.
- For cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation start time, no refunds will be provided.
Rebooking:
- Customers have the flexibility to rebook their reservation if needed.
- Rebooking can be done online through the confirmation email received at the time of reservation.
- Rebooking is permissible up to 1 week (7 days) before the original reservation start time.
- In the event that a rebooking is requested within the 72-hour window before the reservation start time, customers will have the option to choose an alternative date and time within the calendar year, subject to availability.
